1. Publisher and scope

Mr Losa is published by Contentation sp. z o.o., ul. Jerzego Janosika 17, 71-424 Szczecin, entered in the register of entrepreneurs of the Polish National Court Register (KRS) under number 0000871922, tax ID (NIP) 8522668617, REGON 387628543 (the Publisher). Mr Losa is part of a network of topical websites published by Contentation sp. z o.o., based in Szczecin, Poland.

This document applies to all content published on the website, in particular articles, guides, overviews, tables, charts, answers to questions and summaries, and forms part of the terms of use of the website.

2. Legal basis

This document fulfils the transparency obligations under Article 50(4) and (5) of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 June 2024 laying down harmonised rules on artificial intelligence (AI Act), applicable from 2 August 2026. Under Article 50(4), a deployer of an AI system that generates or manipulates text published with the purpose of informing the public on matters of public interest must disclose that the text has been artificially generated or manipulated.

The Publisher also follows the Code of Practice on marking and labelling of AI-generated content published by the European Commission on 10 June 2026 and the Commission guidelines on Article 50 of the AI Act.

The Publisher labels every text prepared with the help of artificial intelligence, even where the law would allow it not to. It does not rely on the exemption for content that has undergone editorial review, because not every text is individually checked by a person before publication.

3. How content is produced

A substantial part of the work on our content is done by language models, which are general-purpose AI systems provided by external suppliers. The process includes:

  • choosing a topic based on readers' interests and the subject area of the website,
  • preparing a brief: the scope of the text, its structure, the questions it should answer and guidance on sources,
  • generating the text with a language model, including tables, overviews, charts and answers to questions,
  • automated checks covering, among other things, structure, completeness, language and repetition,
  • publication together with a label stating that the text was produced with the use of artificial intelligence,
  • updates and corrections after an error is reported or the rules change, where the Publisher carries them out.

4. Limitations of AI-assisted content

Language models produce text based on the probability of the next words, not on knowledge in the human sense. For this reason, content prepared with their help may in particular:

  • contain factual, arithmetical or logical errors, even when presented convincingly,
  • refer to laws, rulings, publications, figures, names and addresses that do not exist or are out of date,
  • not reflect changes in law, rates, deadlines and procedures made after the text was prepared,
  • simplify complex matters and leave out exceptions that matter in the reader's own situation,
  • attribute statements, quotations or positions to people and institutions that never made them,
  • contain ambiguous wording or imprecise terminology.

5. Nature of the information and the duty to verify

Content on the website is for general information only. It is not legal, tax, medical, financial, investment, technical or other professional advice, it is not an offer and it does not replace an individual consultation with a qualified person.

Before using information from the website, in particular before making a legal, financial or health decision, readers should verify it themselves, above all in official sources such as the Official Journal of the European Union (EUR-Lex), official government and public authority websites and the recommendations of the competent bodies, and in individual matters consult a lawyer, tax adviser, doctor, pharmacist or other professional.

The publication and update dates shown with a text indicate the state of affairs for which it was prepared. The Publisher does not undertake to keep all content up to date.

6. Liability

The Publisher takes due care to make published content reliable, but for the reasons described in section 4 it does not guarantee that it is free of errors, complete, up to date or fit for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Publisher is not liable for damage resulting from the use of information published on the website, in particular for decisions made solely on its basis without the verification described in section 5.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for damage caused intentionally, or the rights of consumers under mandatory provisions of law.

7. Labelling

Every article prepared with the help of artificial intelligence is labelled clearly and distinguishably at the latest at the time of the reader's first exposure to it, in line with Article 50(5) of the AI Act: with a short notice at the beginning of the text and a full notice at its end, linking to this document.

The label also covers tables, overviews, charts and answers to questions that form part of the article.

8. Sponsored content

Content prepared on behalf of partners is labelled as sponsored. It may be produced with the help of artificial intelligence, and the rules in this document apply to it accordingly. The partner is responsible for information about its products and services.

9. Images, photos and charts

Illustrations on the website come from licensed photo libraries or from partners, or are prepared with graphic tools, including artificial intelligence tools. Charts present the data given in the text and are subject to the same limitations as the text.

The website does not publish deepfakes, that is realistic images, audio or video that falsely depict existing people, places or events.

10. Personal data and AI systems

We do not use readers' personal data to prepare content. Messages sent through the contact form are not passed to language models or used to train them. Data processing is described in the Privacy policy.

11. Reporting errors and infringements

If you notice an error, outdated information or content that infringes your rights, report it using the contact form or by email (). Please include the page address and a description of the problem.

The Publisher handles reports without undue delay and corrects or removes content once an error is confirmed. Reports concerning illegal content are also handled in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act).

12. Changes to this document

The Publisher updates this document when the way content is produced, the law or the guidance of the authorities changes. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the document.
